Discover
Our initial discussion will tap in to your specific needs,
allowing us to evaluate the scope of the work. We'll ask a
lot of questions and listen to your answers to really hone
in on what's needed, make suggestions, and talk deadlines
and budgets.
Estimate
We'll present you with an estimate or proposal that includes
overall project specifications, terms, and pricing so that
you know up front exactly what's included in the quote and
what you'll be charged—surprises are rarely good come
invoice time. If we need to amend the scope or the figures,
we'll discuss possible options and make changes accordingly.
Execute
Once the estimate is approved and a plan is in place, we roll
up our sleeves and get to work! Projects generally start with
presentation of initial designs, followed by several rounds
of revisions based on your comments and edits. Revisions are
completed, and the final artwork is ready for approval.
Distribute
If your project requires printing, we can also manage your
project—we have long-standing relationships with several
trusted vendors and can shuttle the project through every
stage from gathering estimates to proof review/press checks
and coordination of final delivery. For web-based design,
we can help coordinate registration and hosting and offer
maintenance services.
